I didn't know this until I was 30! When I went to my first cacao ceremony in 2015. In that moment I realized how disconnected I was from the natural world. How could I not know something I loved and consumed so much came directly from the earth itself?
I've worked in deep reverence and respect with the plant medicine of cacao, hosting ceremonies since 2017. I've been blessed with opportunities to learn teachings of cacao and other plants from the Bri Bri Tribe of the Talamanca region in Costa Rica.
Communing with this medicine is one of my favorite ways to reconnect with nature and with intuition as this is a very heart opening medicine.
Connection Circles
for Women
I have created healing circles for women to come together and reconnect in sisterhood, offering a sacred space to set intentions, lift each other up, and engage in meaningful rituals and ceremonies. My intention is to activate the divine feminine within each of us, releasing the need to constantly operate in masculine and "boss babe" culture inviting a weaving of co-creation together.
In these circles, we also honor and work with the natural rhythms, like the cycles of the moon, to tap into the power and wisdom they offer as we align in harmony with the natural world. This journey is about embracing our true essence, supporting one another, and reclaiming the power of our feminine energy and our innate gifts in a nurturing way.
